My email address, time and date show up on certain areas in PDF I create with Nitro Pro and viewed in Adobe reader.

These yellow boxes appear when you put the cursor on an area.  Shows my email and date section was last edited. 

I tried to google this but can;t get rid it.  removed metadata, does nothing.  Is it my computer ID because the email that appears is not the emailed I used to purchase Nitro.

I would like to turn this feature off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure if the yellow boxes are related to Notes but I would like to take a closer look. 
Could you please share a screenshot to illustrate what you see when the document is viewed in Adobe? 
Are you seeing the same behavior when you view the document in Nitro PDF Pro? 

What is the version and build of your Nitro? You can see the details under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
