Proactively assigning a license to users added via bulk import

Hello all,

When I add individual users to the Nitro portal, I can assign them a license so when they get the invite, their license is already activated. However, If I invite users via bulk import, I don't know of a way to proactively assign them a license. I’m finding that I need to wait for them to activate their account and then I can assign a license. Is there a way I can proactively assign licenses to users who have not yet created their account but have been invited to log in to a Nitro account? Or is there a way to set up an alert to tell me when a user has activated their account?
