Hutson Ford Posted February 8, 2023 Report Share Posted February 8, 2023 We are generating documents in NitroPro that are then sent to a state agency. Said agency is inserting a page with an adobe electronic signature on it. When we receive the document, we need to then sign off on it again. The error that I am encountering is that when we go to add our signature after the agency has returned it, the quick sign option is grayed out. We can scroll down and exit the document, and upon reopening the quick sign option is available again unless we view the page with the adobe signature, in which case the quick sign option is once again grayed out.
