Problems when trying to switch computers!

Hi, I have Nitro Pro v. 12. My serial no. 234600-xxyyzz-357939.

I already deactivated Nitro in the old computer. I tried the online procedure and got error #24.

I then did the "manual" procedure, got a file number, copied it and then was directed to open the following link in the new computer:

 http://www.nitropdf.com/deactivation

HOWEVER, that site CANNOT be reached!

Please advise.

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234600-xxyyzz-357939
