My Nitro Pro Stopped Working - Deactivation and Reactivation did not work

Hi,

My Nitro no longer works - meaning none of the functions, such as save, sign, edit, etc. work. They are greyed out and I cannot click on them. I deactivated the license, uninstalled then reinstalled and reactivated and still not working. Not sure what else to do.  I have zero activations left. Help!
