Nitro Sign Expired

Hi Team,

We have a user who has Nitro Pro activated an assigned against their account but nitro sign is showing as expired. 

The account is tania.wxyz@jhta.com.au. I believe the issue's been fixed before for other users at the organization.

With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment to the affected account so please log out, close all the browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
