Dim Mxs Posted February 10 Report Share Posted February 10 The issue is, I am trying to transfer my license of Nitro Pro11 from one PC to another. First effort - I am trying to deactivate from the browser.By clicking "Deactivate", it returns a strange message "licenses.gonitro.com says Please select device". I am in the browser, I don't have anything to make a choice or selection. Just a plain table in text stating that I am licensed. Second effort - Then I am trying from the application itself to click "Deactivation", and returns me some wierd 24 error message, that I need to contact support. Third - I tried the manual way, where you download a certificate and the user is supposed to "manually" deactivate it, which again blatantly fails, stating the site does not exist to make this action. (update last minute: it seems that I finally deregistered the license, but on the new installation machine, the activation fails again requesting me to contact support(!!!) ) By the way the "support ticket" flow, does not really help, so that is why I am asking for help in the community.
