PDFPen Pro user - confused by Nitro

I'm a long-time PDFPen Pro user, and recently decided to try to use it during lectures (I'm a CS professor).

I saw the PDFPenPro -> Nitro transition a while back, and thought about upgrading, but was given pause by the "enter your business email" because I didn't want to have to go through College IT to get this tool. Today I decided to charge ahead. Then I was thwarted that there was no "Education" industry, nor an "Other" that would let me enter Education, so I entered Utilities. Then it had very narrow Positions to choose from, so I entered "Sales". Then I tried to enter my old PDFPenPro registration code for an upgrade price, and it said that number wasn't valid.

So all in all, I'm not feeling very welcome in this transition.
