Like other similar E-Sign products, NitroSign needs to have a pop-up box when user opens document to be signed that they click accept on to consent to E-sign and doing business this way. Many lawyers will agree this is necessary. Once document fully executed it should confirm that they checked and print the conditions they agreed to with the document. This should be standard on all documents.
