I've been unable to proceed after making payment i got  Processing delayed

See below.

Looking at the Reference Number you provided, its appears it has been declined.

Have you tried making another transaction?

The orders on our end could not be processed because our 3rd-party processor is unable to verify the information entered in the online order form. While they check every order for such possible problems, generally only a very small percentage of customers are affected in this manner.
