There was a virus on my laptop last week which affected a number of programs including Nitro Pro. Effect was to send me back to the trial version. Tried to reactivate using the old (2+ years ago) details, not accepted. So I bought a new version of Nitro Pro 13 today. I have downloaded it, but cannot install it. Any thoughts on solution?
