Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as a trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out. With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment to the affected account so please log out, close all the browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
