One of our users kdang@c-vwxyz.com is now showing that her Nitro Sign trial is expired. I see no way to contact support so I am hoping that I can get some help here.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as a trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out.

With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment to the affected account so please log out, close all the browsers, open a new browser and log in again.

Thank you for the help on sorting that nitro sign account out but now I have another user with the exact same problem bmason@. What can I do to prevent this from happening as this is the 3rd account to have this issue in just as many months?
