Jessie Wong Posted February 14 Report Share Posted February 14 My computer was reformatted without deactivate NitroPro prior to reformatting. I am unable to re-activate my serial number. When taken to the support page https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal There are no devices listed to select in order to "deactivate" and release the license. Please help!
