I received this information before Nitro switched to new Servers...  Sent: Mon, Mar 15, 2021 09:04 AM

"The old server that runs your version of Nitro Pro will be shut down on March 31st, 2021, and an important software upgrade is required to ensure you can continue using Nitro Pro without the risk of activation issues after that date.

Please be reassured that your software will continue working after March 31st, 2021—however, should Nitro Pro be deactivated after that date, you won't be able to reactivate it without updating or upgrading. As such, we have made easy upgrade options available to minimize the potential of disruption to your usage."

I updated to Nitro Pro 13.58 compliments of the above mentioned Nitro Team, due to the problems I were having with my previous version!  I have been using Nitro Pro since Sat, May 29, 2010 09:06 AM. I'm unable submit a Service Ticket because I don't have the serial number or Activation Key, both are lost!  Because of this, I should not have to purchase new Software because mine worked just fine before this happened!
