When I tried to open that pdf from Nitro Pro, it ask for password, but I tried to open with other software it doesn't ask for password. I understand that the document is not password protected but it is asking for one when opened in Nitro PDF Pro. Please share a copy of the document so we can test it on our end. Also, what is the version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro? This can be located when you open the software then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
