Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. Posted February 15 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 15 Hi @Fred Newman I have made an adjustment to your serial number (that starts with 504) so you could proceed with the activation. Please ensure that your installation is on version 13 (Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x). You can see this information when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
