Reinstalled windows and need help downloading Nitro Pri

I sent you a direct message with your serial number.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Hi @Fred Newman

I have made an adjustment to your serial number (that starts with 504) so you could proceed with the activation.

Please ensure that your installation is on version 13 (Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x). You can see this information when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
Once confirmed that you are on Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x, click the Activate button then enter your serial number to activate.
