Old PC died, License Reset portal not finding my serial --> "You have reached maximum number of installations"

Hiya - I am having an issue resetting my serial number activations. 
One of the two PCs I use the software on has died, so I need to release the activation for that one manually so that I can then activate the installation on the newly replaced PC. 

I'll send my serial via DM once someone responds.

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment to your license, and to ensure you have the latest release, please use our offline English MSI packages below:

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 504926-xxyyzz-594462
