When I input the serial number it is unable to identify my license number. Please let me know what I am doing wrong, and the steps I need to take to install the Nitro Pro 13 on my computer. Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
