When attempting to start Nitro Pro (no PC change, just a normal windows update), License Issue

Nitro indicated I need to re-activate for some reason - but the Nitro Pro activation assistant indicates a connection issue that doesn't seem to correct itself even though I am connected to the internet (of course otherwise I can't post this message).


I tried to use the support page to activate the software, but the webpage is indicating an invalid serial number.  The serial number worked before (even a week ago I used the software) and the version is still Nitro 13, which is what I used before when it worked fine.

Can I get some help to resolve this please?

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 504947-xxyyzz-404440
