I had to reinstall the operating system on one of the computers that uses my Nitro Pro license. When trying to reactivate my license, the website says "Please Enter a Valid Serial Number."

Please send me your serial number instead so I can check and make the necessary changes.

Hi there I am having the same issue, do you have an ETA on the maintenance resolution? This is really affecting us as we have a few users we cannot get working.
