Bookmark Issue

Hi, I work in a team environment. One of the users has a bookmarking issue. For example, if any of our team members adds bookmarks to a file and this user needs to go in on the same document to add additional bookmarks, or to make modifications, they're finding that the document is locked. Note, all other team members are able to access each other's bookmarks in that combined file, thus, we believe this could be attributed to a setting in the user's account or possibly the version of Nitro Pro that they're using.
