Unable to activate - It is saying invalid serial number

I am continuing to have issues with activation. It is saying invalid serial number....FIX THIS!!!

Could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

These are the 2 Serial numbers that are still telling me are not valid.
