License it tells me that it is not a valid number

Good afternoon, I have the same problem with my nitro pro 12 license.
I used this link to download the latest version for
x64 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.2.40/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

Then I installed the program, but when I go to activate the license it tells me that it is not a valid number, I copied it from the email I received from sales.

My license starts with 234600-********-157017.

How can I solve the problem and be able to activate the license again?

To further assist you, could you please provide the complete serial number of your Nitro Pro 12? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
