nitro pro 12

My copy of nitro 12 pro isnt showing registered anymore.   I tried to reactivate but wont take license number.

Says nitro pro encountered some issues while attempting to activate  (-24: activation Error)

I went to website to look up license and get the following message:

Please enter a valid serial number.

We've been made aware that the licensing portal is currently down for maintenance. In the meantime, we can check on our end the details and status of your license. 
In checking the serial number I found under your email address, I can see that you have a version 12 license. 

Please note that we no longer support early builds of Nitro Pro 12 or earlier versions and those activation servers have been shut down. However, your license was transferred to our new activation server and will now work with the latest build of Nitro Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. You can find the latest Nitro Pro 12 installers here:

Once you install this software you can activate it with your current Nitro Pro serial number. FYI, per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy, we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13.
