activation issue on new desktop

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please provide your Nitro PDF Pro serial number so we can determine the appropriate installer to install Nitro on the new desktop and adjust it if needed since you are going to move the license from one machine to another. 
Once you have the installer, simply run it on the new desktop then activate it using your serial number.

Hi @Kenny Lim

I have adjusted that license so you could proceed with the activation. 
Please try to activate again by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
