Brian McLain Posted February 19 Report Share Posted February 19 Like others, I cannot get the system to recognize my serial number, so the portal hasn't actually helped me any. Recently, I suffered a catastrophic hard drive failure. When I go to activate, it says that I've exceeded the number of activations. Unfortunately, I am unable to de-activate Nitro on the failed hard drive. There should be only two active Nitro installations under my account.
