Activation Issue

Like others, I cannot get the system to recognize my serial number, so the portal hasn't actually helped me any.

Recently, I suffered a catastrophic hard drive failure. When I go to activate, it says that I've exceeded the number of activations. Unfortunately, I am unable to de-activate Nitro on the failed hard drive. There should be only two active Nitro installations under my account. Both are my personal computers and reside in the same room of my home.  Would like to fix this ASAP.

Thank you for reaching out to Nitro Support.

We've been made aware that the licensing portal is currently down for maintenance. 
In the meantime, we can check on our end the details and status of your license. 

I have adjusted the license I found under your email address. Through this, you should now be able to activate Nitro PDF Pro 13 once installed on the computer.
