Today after a Win 10 update it has reverted to an expired trial version. It labels as invalid my serial number.

I upgraded to Nitro PDF PRO 13.0 5/22.  Today after a Win 10 update it has reverted to an expired trial version. It labels as invalid my serial number. It truly sucks that a community forum is the only way to address this.

Hi @MERNEATHA BAZILIO

I have adjusted this license and it should be good to go when you activate Nitro PDF Pro 13. 
If you still cannot proceed with the activation, please provide the following:

1. The version and complete build of Nitro PDF Pro on your machine. This is located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
2. Screenshot and description of the activation error message.

Hi @MERNEATHA BAZILIO,

The serial number that starts with 504 is a version 13 license. If you have Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 on your computer, you will need to uninstall that then install Nitro PDF Pro 13. 
The Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

Once this version is installed, activate it using your serial number 504***************.
