Marcel Lipovský Posted February 19, 2023 Report Share Posted February 19, 2023 Hello, we have decommisioned an old computer running NitroPro 8 and could not deactivate the license and reactivate it on the new computer. We found the following article https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000004838 which states that the version 12 is required because of the activation servers were shut down. The provided link for the download is 404 / dead, but I found the links to the installers here in the forums. So far so good. I've installed the version 12.16.3.574 but it states that we provided the provided serial number. The serial used is 234608-xxxxxx-xxxx57 Please advise where to go next. I dug deeper in the forums and found the links to the version 12.16.9.574 and that one did activate just fine. Yet you should correct the download location URL in the KB article.
