Since today all licenses are designated as invalid numbers when inputting the licenses under name and email. We've been made aware that the licensing portal is currently down for maintenance. In the meantime, we can check on our end the details and status of your license. In checking the 4 serial numbers found under your email address, they are version 13 licenses. All of them are active and have been adjusted so you can use it to activate Nitro PDF Pro 13. If needed, you can download the Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer from the following location:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
