Marcos Bermúdez Mosquera Posted February 21, 2023 Report Share Posted February 21, 2023 Hello Due to a hardware problem when reinstalling Nitro 13 on the new computer it tells me that I have reached the maximum number of installations, I deactivate Nitro Pro on another computer. As it is impossible for me to do so, I access the assistance, when I go to the web "https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal" it tells me "Please enter a valid serial number." So it is impossible to activate Nitro Pro on my new computer. Is it possible to deactivate all the equipment that I had activated? Thank you Spanish: Hola Debido a un problema de hardware al volver a instalar Nitro 13 en el nuevo equipo me indica que he alcanzado el número máximo de instalaciones, que desactive Nitro Pro en otro equipo. Como me es imposible hacerlo accedo a la asistencia, al ir a la web "https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal" me dice "Please enter a valid serial number." I released your Nitro Pro 13 serial number so you can reactivate. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
