Activation - Invalid Serial Number

Hi There,

I have 2 x Nitro Pro 13 activations available under a serial number, which can be confirmed via the licensing portal, but unable to activate within the application itself with the error of "Invalid serial number"

Could someone please assist?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please check the version of the serial number using our license portal. 
If version 12, please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574.
If version 13, please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 13. 

The latest build installer for each version can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads 

To determine the version and build of the software installed on your computer, open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

Hi Reymund,

I've checked the serial number against the activation portal and it's showing to be active and available for Nitro Pro version 13.

I can confirm that I've downloaded the right version, but still facing the "Invalid serial number" activation issue. I've DM'ed you the serial number. Could you please assist?

The serial number you sent is a valid and active version 13 license. 
Please open Nitro PDF Pro on your computer and provide the following:

1. Go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then send here the version and complete build. Example format: Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x.
2. From the About Nitro Pro window, click the Activate button.
Please confirm if you are being asked to enter a serial number. Or, if there are other options to enter like First and Last name and 'Load from file' button.
