Computer crashed - lost all my emails and my serial numbers for Nitro Pro12

My computer crashed beyond recovery - had all the emails from Nitro Pro on it as well as the Serial Numbers.   I bought Nitro Pro some time ago and have upgraded several times, but I am pretty sure the version that I was using was 12.  Can someone please help me recover my Nitro Pro.  I  can provide the address I lived when I order it the first time.  I have a  new address as of 1 year ago.  My email address is and was:  klraver**@gmail.com
