Now when I am in Nitro Pro 13.70.2.40 and I click on request signature my login says that my trial has ended. I don't see a place on the website to enter my license number so that it is associated with my login which is my email address. Thanks for your help, the app is working. Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as a trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out. With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment to the affected account so please log out, close all the browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
