I am trying to resolve an issue where a user cannot use Nitro because there is no ribbon or tabs when you load Nitro Pro 13. When other user's login, they see the ribbon just fine and Nitro Pro 13 just works. Is there a way I can reset this for the user without impacting everyone else who uses the computer?
