Single user has a missing ribbon when loading Nitro Pro 13.67.0.45. in Windows 10

Greetings,

Thank you for reading my post.

I am trying to resolve an issue where a user cannot use Nitro because there is no ribbon or tabs when you load Nitro Pro 13.  When other user's login, they see the ribbon just fine and Nitro Pro 13 just works.  

Is there a way I can reset this for the user without impacting everyone else who uses the computer?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

You may need to check if the 'Minimize the Ribbon' option is enabled. If so, right-click the title bar then untick the 'Minimize the Ribbon'. Here's the sample screenshot:

If this did not help, try running Nitro as administrator and see if it makes a difference.

Thank you kindly for your reply. 

That is not the issue.  I have nothing but the color of the top bar on top.  No icons, no file, no home etc.  the bar is even have as deep as you have shown in your example.  

I would post the image, but I have no way of posting an image for sharing it to URL.
