Cant Activate an old serial number after reinstalling on same computer

Hi, Please kindly assist, I had to reinstall my Nitro 13 on the same device (Same Hardware and all) but it keeps on giving me an error message saying the license is invalid. My license key is 180***************. I even tried the manual method and it's saying Invalid Client Date

In checking your serial number, it appears that it is not a valid Nitro PDF Pro license. 
You can also check this using our licensing portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal 

I recommend to reach out to the vendor / seller where you purchased this license and verify to them if the Nitro PDF Pro license they issued is genuine.
