In checking your license purchase, I can see that you have a version 13 license. Unfortunately, this license is only for Nitro PDF Pro 13 and it will not work on any other versions. Also, Nitro is not selling any licenses from older versions. If the application is low to launch, please try to repair it through the Control Panel then see if it helps.
