Please provide your serial number including the version and complete build of Nitro PDF Pro that is currently installed on the computer. Please check the version and complete build of the software installed on your computer. This can be found when you open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If your installation is not on 12.16.9.574, please install that using the installer from the following location:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate it using your existing license. To activate, open Nitro then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Open your Nitro PDF Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro. 3. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account. I believe you have installed the 12.16.9.574 build and able to activate it using your existing serial number?
