Can I obtain an app for iphone 7 to use when need while the windows desktop version is installed on main computer?

I use PDF Nitro Pro version 12.16.3.574 on my windows desktop and I have a need for the iphone app because I am going away and I won't have access 

to my desktop.    Can this be done?   

 I haven't been able to allocate the funds to update pdf Nitro Pro as of yet.

We do not have an IOS app for Nitro PDF Pro 12 (for Windows). Sorry about that.
