Jason Domine Posted March 13, 2023 Report Posted March 13, 2023 This is essentially a bug report, assuming it can be reproduced. While assisting a staff member with Nitro Pro 13, I observed the text "Expired Trial" appear in the upper-right corner of their application window. It appears as tooltip text. I confirmed the staff member was licensed. While this unexpected text didn't appear related to the problem I was assisting with, it's misleading. I later confirmed this same text in Nitro Pro on my computer and on another staff member's computer. To reproduce, hover the mouse pointer over the blank area between Help and Log In - more towards the right side. It does not appear to matter which menu is active.
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted March 14, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Posted March 14, 2023 Greetings @Jason Domine Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! I tried your steps to reproduce, however, I was not able to replicate the issue. Would you be so kind to send a screencast or screenshot to visually describe the misleading message? I also would like to know the license that was used to activate the software and the version / complete build. The version and complete build can be found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Kind regards,

Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted March 22, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Posted March 22, 2023 Hi @Jason Domine Thanks for sending the screenshots. No need to send the license since I can see from the screenshot what build and edition was used. I will try to install that edition and build to my machines and test if I can get the same behavior. I will update this post for update once done. Kind regards,
