No funciona

Buenos dias, tengo instalado Nitro 13 Pro en varios equipos y ha esta funcionando correctamente, pero uno de ellos desde ayer cuando intentas abrir PDF arranca el programa, pero se queda minimizado en la barra y no abre los documentos.

Lo he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar pero sigue pasando lo mismo, he cambiado la ubicacion de la instalacion del programa pero no funciona.

Sabeis que puede pasar y como solucionarlo?
