It should be able to activate a Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message when attempting to activate using this serial number? If you have not tried reinstalling the software, please do so by downloading the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. Able to access Pro 12, but when I try to upgrade to Pro 13, I get the following error message: Using Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 x64 with License Status: 234**************** Enter your Nitro PDF SN to begin the upgrade process. Please try to enter again your serial number in the upgrade portal - https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade It should give you the message 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro.'
