The site, states that my SN cannot be found.

Hi @David Reimer

I can confirm that your serial number is a valid and active license. It should be able to activate a Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574. 
Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message when attempting to activate using this serial number? 

If you have not tried reinstalling the software, please do so by downloading the installer from the link below:

I Uninstalled Pro 12 and installed it again. Able to access Pro 12, but when I try to upgrade to Pro 13, I get the following error message:

Using Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 x64 with License Status: 234****************
Enter your Nitro PDF SN to begin the upgrade process.

Error message received:

We are unable to validate your SN. Am I eligible for an upgrade?

Please allow me to further check the eligibility of that license to upgrade to version 13.
