Michael Connolly Posted March 24, 2023 Report Share Posted March 24, 2023 (edited) I own my copy of Nitro Pro PDF outright yet every year it would seem, on the activation anniversary, the program reverts back to a free trial. In checking your license purchase, I can see that you have a version 13 license. I recommend updating your installation to the latest build which is 13.70.4.50 the activate it using your existing license. The Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. After the installation, you can verify the complete build by opening Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
