Nitro 13 to 12

Hi,  I initially had a Nitro 10 License and upgraded it to version 13 (at a cost).  When I changed to a new PC the license number wasn't visible in Version 13 and the only way I could get Nitro to work on the new PC was to get license details from the Nitro site and then download and install version 12. 

I  now have to revert back to the existing PC but can't as it has version 13 for which I no longer have details of the license.

i tried uninstalling version 13 on the original PC and installing version 12, but when i go to activate the license it now tells me that that license is for a different version number.

Could you tell me where I am going wrong?

Please note that the part of the serial number are not displayed in the application. This is by design to protect the license from theft and unauthorized use. 
Activation will work if the version of the software matches the version of the license. This means that you need your version 13 license so you could successfully activate Nitro PDF Pro 13 (once reinstalled on your computer).

I can see a license purchase under your email address and the details of it has been sent here via direct message. 
Please check on it as well as the steps on how you can activate using your version 13 license.

I now have Nitro Pro 13 working again.
