Karl Dohm Posted March 27 Report Share Posted March 27 (edited) Hi, on March 31 2022 I purchaed a "2 for 1" upgrade offer which was to allow me to upgrade from Nitro Pro 12 to Nitro Pro 13, then also "FREE upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14, coming later this year". I now see that version 14 has been released, but when I go to support/upgrade and enter my serial number I get: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." I doubt you want me posting my serial number into this forum, but perhaps the order number will help: cleverbridge reference number: 32******** Hopefully you can resolve the issue and get me on version 14 Thanks Edited March 29 by Reymund G.
