Marcel Lauber Posted March 28 Report Share Posted March 28 I have sucsessfully deactivated NitproPro v12 on the old Laptop, i have saved the received code. Next step : the code received during the deactivation get the error. Invalid Code. On the new Laptop i get also : invalid code ! And the online deactivation ask : please select a device, but there is nothing to select. On the support site: there is no way to receive help. Only the the description to deactivate. Please check which version and build of Nitro PDF Pro is installed on your computer. This can be found when you open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If your installation is not on Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574, please install that version 12 build using the installer from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, activate it using your version 12 license.
