Tyler Poindexter Posted March 29, 2023 Report Share Posted March 29, 2023 I am trying to actviate Nitro Pro on a new computer. I deactivated Nitro on my old computer and wrote down the serial number, which had 6 numbers followed by 12 "X's". I downloaded Nitro on my new computer and went to activate. While typing in my serial #, it gave me an error when I went to type in the X's. It said there are only numbers in the serial number.
