jeff b Posted April 5, 2023 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2023 I downloaded 12, entered my pro 10 serial number but it's way too long and has alpha characters to it; the new one says it's only supposed to be 18 digits, no alphas. jeff b Posted April 8, 2023 Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2023 (edited) Nitro Pro PDF 10 Serial number xxxxxxxxx And that all said, I'm finding Nitro 12 to be harder to use than 10. More choice, more complications. The problem that I had with Nitro 10 running it on win11, was that there was a document that I made changes to and it wouldn't save it and some error message came up probably saying to do an update. So I had to google up what to do (since you guys provide zero help, thank you) and saw an article that said to save it under a different name so I did that.
