Won't Activate

I uninstalled Nitro Pro (Version 12) from my computer and installed it on my new computer, but it won't activate.

Tried to use activation help on the support site but that did not work either. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Please ensure that your Nitro PDF Pro installation is on 12.16.9.574.
You can see this information when you open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If your installation is not on 12.16.9.574, please install that using the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.  

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, activate it using your existing version 12 license. To activate, open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate button, enter the serial number then click Activate.
