In checking your email address, I can see that you have a version 13 license. To activate, open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click Activate, enter your serial number then click Activate. If needed, the Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer (latest build) can be located from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. If you continue to receive activation issues, please provide the following: 1. The version and complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro. This can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 2. After that, you will see the Menu bars which include the Help tab (screenshot below). From the Help tab, click the About Nitro Pro then take note of the version and build.
