Zef Neary Posted April 3, 2023 Report Share Posted April 3, 2023 I just recently purchased a PDF Pro license for Mac, but when I go to register my license, I get this error: "Unable to obtain license. Please try again in a few minutes". I double checked, I purchased pro and not essentials. I downloaded pro, and not essentials. Any other ideas as to what's going one? I would like to know if you are still receiving the same error message during software activation? I asked because when I looked into the activation records of your license code ending with ***BD9BB, I can see a recent activation that went successful.
